Why does my device not respond at all? No light appears when turning the dial.

Possible Causes:

  • Batteries are not installed or are installed incorrectly

  • Batteries are depleted

  • Poor contact in the battery compartment (e.g., loose or oxidized battery springs)

Solutions:

  1. Replace with fresh batteries — Use 3 new AAA batteries and confirm correct polarity (+/-)

  2. Clean battery contacts — Wipe the battery contacts and springs with a dry cloth or alcohol swab. Make sure the springs have proper tension

  3. Secure the battery cover — Ensure the battery compartment cover and sealing parts are fully pressed into place

Why is my battery life shorter than expected?

Possible Causes:

  • Mixed use of new and old batteries

  • Low‑quality batteries

  • Frequent manual operation or long watering cycles

Solutions:

  • Always use new alkaline batteries of the same brand and type

  • Avoid mixing old and new batteries

  • For best performance, replace all batteries at the same time

 

The green light flashes or stays on, but there is no water flow. What's wrong?

Possible Causes:

  • The water source valve is not open

  • The water level in the bucket/barrel is too low, or the bucket/barrel is empty

  • The filter or dripper is clogged

Solutions:

  1. Check water supply — Make sure the water source is fully open

  2. Check water level — Ensure the bucket/barrel has enough water, and the outlet is not blocked by the barrel wall or sediment

  3. Add water — Refill the bucket/barrel to the required level

  4. Clean the filter — Remove and rinse the filter to clear any debris
