Possible reasons:
Impurities have entered the pump and caused damage.
The anti-siphon valve is installed in the wrong direction.
The pump was damaged due to dropping or during transportation.
Solution:
If the pump fails to work or cannot pump water, please contact customer service at your place of purchase within the warranty period.
Possible reason:
The pipe is not fully or tightly inserted into the port.
Solution:
Reinstall the water pipe. Make sure the pipe end is fully and tightly inserted into both the inlet and outlet ports.

Possible reasons:
The pump is too far away from the pots or water container.
There is air left inside the pipe.
Solutions:
Move the pump closer to the plants to reduce the pipe length.
When setting up the watering system, try to install the tubing end plug only after water has started flowing from the pipe end.
