Gateway Cannot Connect

Not using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi,Incorrect Wi-Fi password,Gateway not in pairing mode

  • Confirm you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection (not 5GHz).

  • Confirm the Wi-Fi password has been entered correctly.

  • Press and hold the button on the gateway until the left blue LED flashes rapidly — this means the gateway has been restored to pairing mode.

Timer Won't Connect

Unstable Wi-Fi network,Timer is too far from gateway or router

Possible causes and solutions:

  • Low battery → Replace with new batteries.

  • Debris in the inlet or filter → Clean the inlet and filter regularly.

  • Unstable network or app response delay → Wait a moment and try opening the valve again.

Can't Turn On/Off the Valve

Possible Cause:

  • Low battery

  • Impurities in water inlet

  • Unstable network or delayed app response

Solution:

  • Replace with fresh batteries.

  • Regularly clean the filter port to remove impurities.

  • Wait a while and try again.

 

Plan Not Executed on Time

Possible Cause:

  • Impurities in water inlet filter

  • Rain delay function is on

  • Auto-stop plan when raining is set

  • Low-power protection mode active

  • No irrigation time/period set

Solution:

  • Clean the inlet filter regularly to prevent clogging.

  • Check if rain delay is on — turn it off if needed.

  • Check and delete any “stop when raining” settings.

  • Replace batteries with new ones.

  • Confirm that irrigation time/period parameters are set in the app.

 

Water Inlet Leakage

Possible Cause:

  • No filter installed, or filter not placed horizontally

  • Faucet is not standard 3/4" size

Solution:

  • Add a filter and make sure it is placed horizontally at the inlet.

  • Ensure the faucet is a standard 3/4" faucet.

  • Use Teflon tape to strengthen the seal.

 

Low Water Pressure

Possible Cause:

  • Filter blockage

  • Inlet pressure is too low to support watering

Solution:

  • Check if the filter is clogged — clean or replace it.

  • Make sure the timer is installed properly and not cross-threaded.

  • Install a booster pump or auxiliary equipment to increase water pressure.
