How do I connect the device?

  1. Power on the indoor receiver first.

  2. Then power on the pool sensor / equipment.

  3. Wait for the connection to complete.

If connection fails:

  • Press and hold the "Pairing Button" on the indoor receiver.

  • Then press and hold the "Pairing Button" on the pool equipment.

  • Wait for the connection to succeed.

 

Why does the indoor receiver display "--" for pool data?

This means the receiver is not receiving a signal from the pool sensor.

Try the following steps:

  1. Press and hold the pairing button on both the pool sensor and the indoor receiver to re-pair.

  2. If connection still fails, move the indoor receiver as close to the pool sensor as possible (e.g., near the window or wall closest to the pool).

  3. Make sure the receiver is not near other electronic devices that may cause wireless interference (e.g., computers, TVs, microwave ovens, other wireless transmitters or receivers).

 

Why does the pool sensor tilt when placed in water?

Please check whether the battery is installed.

This product is designed to float upright and remain perpendicular to the water surface only when the battery is installed. The battery provides the necessary weight to keep the sensor balanced in the water.

How do I switch between °C and °F?

For the pool sensor:

  1. Unscrew the upper cover of the pool device.

  2. Locate the button at the bottom.

  3. Press the button to switch between °C and °F.

For the indoor receiver:

  1. Open the battery cover on the back of the receiver.

  2. Locate the button on the rear shell.

  3. Press the button to switch between °C and °F.
